Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance Join OncLive’s Strategic Alliance Partnership Program

Plainsboro, N.J. — April 1, 2013 – OncLive®, a suite of leading oncology publications and websites, is proud to announce that it has added two more renowned cancer centers to its Strategic Alliance Partnership program.

The Strategic Alliance program, which currently has more than a dozen members, enables both parties to benefit from sharing knowledge and increasing their visibility within the oncology community. The alliance will allow the cancer center partners to showcase their research, events and initiatives to a national audience through OncologyLive, Oncology & Biotech News, Oncology Nursing News and www.OncLive.com. In turn, OncLive will expand its reach, providing oncology professionals with the latest data and cutting-edge research through its publications and website.

OncLive’s newest partners are the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, a National Cancer Institute Comprehensive Cancer Center and principal teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School; and the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, which along with the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, University of Washington School of Medicine, and Seattle Children's Hospital, form the only National Cancer Institute designated Comprehensive Cancer Center in the Northwest.

“We are honored to work alongside these esteemed medical institutions,” said Lyn Beamesderfer, group editorial director for OncLive. “These relationships enable us to share our work with—and learn from—the brightest minds in the oncology profession.”
