Fox Chase Cancer Center is pleased to announce the hiring of Lindsey B. Taylor, MD, as an assistant professor in the Department of Hematology/Oncology and the Breast Cancer and Hematology Programs.

Fox Chase Cancer Center is pleased to announce the hiring of Lindsey B. Taylor, MD, as an assistant professor in the Department of Hematology/Oncology and the Breast Cancer and Hematology Programs.

Taylor earned her undergraduate degree in biology from Muhlenberg College and attended the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. She graduated with her medical degree in 2016 and completed her internal medicine residency at Duke University Health.

Prior to joining Fox Chase, Taylor was a hematology/oncology fellow at the University of Virginia School of Medicine.

Over the course of her career, Taylor has earned multiple honors recognizing her abilities as an academic, including the Farrow-Endowed Research Fund Award and the J. Lloyd Huck Award for Excellence in Internal Medicine.

Taylor’s research interests include understanding toxicities of cancer-directed therapy and improving quality of life among patients with cancer using patient-reported outcomes. She has experience working on projects in both malignant hematology and oncology and has authored multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals.

Additionally, she is a member of the American Society for Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, and the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer.

Taylor began her tenure at Fox Chase on October 2.
