For endometrial cancer, obesity is a large risk factor. Obesity-related endometrial cancer is becoming more common, and patients who are obese with endometrial cancer are more likely to die from complications due to obesity than their endometrial cancer, says Chase.
Vulvar cancer is very rare, and other than patients who have HPV-related vulvar cancer, the cause is still relatively unknown.
